If I liked Corralejo and Puerto Del Carmnen?

Where would I like in mainland Spain or Balearics?
It's odd that after 40 years of holidays abroad I've been to some Spanish cities but I've never been to a mainland holiday resort.
DH and I love those two resorts, as do adults DC who sometimes come on holiday with us.
We will probably go to PDC in March but I want a shorter flight for a summer holiday.
If you know those resorts you will know they are pretty commercialised but not full of high rise hotels. Lots of good restaurants and some good bars with live music but not nightclubs.
Not after culture and won't be hiring a car.

Benalmadena or Fuengirola? (they're so close to each other you can easily do both).

Es Cana in Ibiza

Thank you I'll check those out. Never looked at Ibiza as I think of it as a young clubbers destination.

The North and East of the island aren't as clubby compared to San Antonio. Ibiza is quite small, if you hire a car you can get to most/all places within 45 minutes.

Alcudia, Cala D'or, Cala en Bosc?

I've been to Cala d'Or which I loved and Cala n Bosch which was great with small children. Was hoping to find somewhere similar on mainland Spain.

Benaldamena in Spain (IMO lots better than Fuengirola/Torremalinos), Sa coma in Majorca, and Santa Eulalia in Ibiza (probably my favourite: lovely prom, little boat trips etc)

GooseDownCreek · 14/10/2018 10:00

I do like a proper Spanish prom!
Benalmadina is looking favourite. There are some nice hotels that are not all inclusive and are not high rise, looking at Jet2.
