LAST MINUTE HOLIDAY - AUGUST - WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

Thinking about getting Dh to take a week off mid August and just take a chance on a last minute cheapie flight somewhere.

Will there be many hols about do you think? Or should we try and book something ahead - in which case any cheap holiday companies out there you can recommend?

seen some cheapish ones on First Direct holidays, theyre really good and we travelled with them last yr.
Go to the website, then click on the last minute deals (you can do this now or later on in year) and there are dates available all the way up to end of Aug. Some are around £750 or £800 i think for a family of 3 or 4.

You'll definitely be able to get something. I often use teletext holidays. You don't have to have teletext to use them, just Google teletext holidays and their website will come up. You can put in your dates now even, as Aug is not that far ahead, and have a good old rummage around to see what's available.
