Has anyone got any experience with them? The reviews that I’ve read are really mixed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

We booked with them a few years ago, got a cheap holiday (compared to other agents) and it was all absolutely fine.

You are ATOL and ABTA protected with them so if all goes to poop you will get your money back or another holiday.

I'd ignore the reviews and go for it.

(I booked with Holiday Gems a couple of years ago, the holiday was sooooo much cheaper than anywhere else I didn't actually believe it could be real. It wasn't until we checked in the hotel I relaxed. Their reviews are pretty awful too, but it was all fine!)
