I have just come across this place when googling accommodation in Cabopino, near Marbella - we stayed near there last week and I was seeing what there was actually in the town - Cabopino is a beautiful little port with a stunning beach, not very well-known and not very busy, and also well-placed for touring Andalucia.
At the moment this apartment is available for the first 3 weeks of July - so includes the first week of the school hols, 21st-28th - and has been reduced from £600 to £450 per week. I also checked flights on Monarch (who we went with) and they have some incredibly cheap flights then too, eg £89 per person round trip Fri 6th - Fri 13th inc taxes, so the week for 6 people would be just under £1000 all in.
I have no connection with this place, honest, but it looks lovely and we can recommend the area!
If you wanted a hire car too the best value I found was malagacar.com . They meet you at the airport and take you back to their office a short distance from the terminal.
