Looking for a good hotel to celebrate Dad's 60th - 8 adults and 1 baby, so would need babysitting/listening, nice restaurant and perhaps swimming pool - any ideas anyone - not sure where to start???

Budget?
South where?
What style hotel do you want?

Yes - sorry a bit vague there !!!

probably around £150 a night per room incl. dinner.

In term of location - thinking somewhere about 2 hours from London and Southampton

and in terms of style - don't care - just need sto be suitable for a celebration...

What about Nutfield Priory?

Location about right half way between London and Southampton.

I like the Spread Eagle in Midhurst. Had a friends wedding there once, and have had several special meals there.
