To Book or Not To Book? That is the Question

Hiya. I am travelling solo to Paphos, Cyprus in April 2019 and will require flight and B&B accommodation.
I have been looking at packages for the last 3 days and note that prices fluctuate quite greatly, from day to day, site to site.
Do I book now if I find something within budget or could I be missing out on potential discounts if I leave it to much closer to my departure date.
What do you think?

It depends how important cost is. Do you mind which accommodation you have ?
If it falls within school holidays I would book now. If not I'd wait until nearer the time.
