Best way to do the sights of Egypt?

I am considering a week in Egypt sometime next Jan/Feb.
It needs to be a well organised trip that takes in all the big sights easily and efficiently. Full board or AI preferred, so I guess it's a package tour? Mid range budget, probably

Try www.intrepidtravel.com or www.abercrombieandkent.co.uk for organised trips. Egypt in a week is usually Cairo, Luxor and Aswan with a very early morning trip to Abu Simbel.It's very fast paced.
Egypt should be very cheap now and it's a good time to go as there are less tourists.
