When are u going - and what kind of break do you want?
Sherwood is flat - great for cycling around and pushing prams. But you have to leave prams outdoors when you go swimming and the tiny ones pool is a bit dull.
Woburn is in a dip with the swimming/ shops at the bottom and the lodges up the sides and round the top. Look at the map - a lot of the lodges have steps to them and ramps for bikes but (maddeningly) not wide enough for prams! It's a more compact site if you're walking and the weather is bad and the tiny kids pool is brighter/warmer/has more chairs.
In terms of activities the staff are equally welcoming at both and pretty much the same stuff is on offer.
Tbh - we went when our son was that age and it was a waste of time. Little one too small to do very much and rapids etc are rubbish when you're on your own. Take grandparents is my advice!
