Recommend somewhere exciting to take an 11yr old in the East Midlands (Notts, Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire)

We want to go for a day out tomorrow but have run out of ideas. We want something memorable rather than just a park and a picnic. He’s not that bothered about theme parks or rides.
