Things to do with 18mth old in SE1?

I'll be staying at my brothers next week with DS. Don't really know the area that well. Can anyone recommend some parks or places/activities/pool to go to that an 18mth might enjoy?

riverside - loads there - tate, gabrielles wharf, royal festival hall has loads of space to run around in and he will like looking at the boats and stuff.

can always walk all the way to the aquriam
