Where to go?

So we normally go on a Eurocamp holiday, we have a 5 and 7 year old. Next year we'd like to go somewhere different. My husband doesn't like it too hot and is allergic to sea water so we said we'd try something different!
We'd like kids rooms and also a pool with water slides, any suggestions?!
