Do I take some winter clothes with me and the kids? Or will it be warm enough to take just summer clothes?.

Thanks

Well it will be the end of October and so well past the summer season. It might be nice and warm but it could equally be cool and wet.
I once had a week in Majorca in October and it rained every day, I was bitterly disappointed as I had naively thought I was going on a sun / beach type holiday. Since then I've gone to the Canaries which is much warmer.
Pack as if you were going on a British summer holiday, in other words take everything Grin.

I agree with Hoozz. Also, take mosquito repellent.

the nights will be cold

You need to check the weather forecast in the days before you travel and prepare for it being everything between hot and sunny and cold and rainy.

Wear a hoody, jeans etc and 'autumn' shoes on the plane, so you have these available if you need them without taking up your luggage allowance.

Bring sweaters for the DC's and maybe even jeans just in case. It could be hot during the day but not at night. And there may be rain. Which is great if it's still warm Smile

We went last October during half term and it was really hot during the day! Pack sun cream! Bit colder in the evenings but only needed a light jumper/jacket. Have fun!

Yes good tip, I will be checking the weather forecast a few days before we fly out and to autumn clothes.

Thank you everyone as I appreciated it
