grandparents taking DD away on hols

So as above my parents are taking my DD away abroad next year. She's on medication for adhd.

So my question is do I need a doctors note for her meds she's only going for a week any advice would be great

Yes I think so. You also need a letter from you with her name, DOB and passport number saying they have your permission to take her away (We specify destination and flight numbers too). In about 6 year's, they've only been asked for it twice but better to have it in case.
