Week in Rimini

I cycled in France in my 20s and have visited Canada and USA but now find myself ,late 60s feeling v uniformed and panicking about a trip to Rimini for a week with partner and son .

Currently panicking about what adapter to take ,google suggests 2 different types .3 and 2 pin .

We're flying Ryan air and I've messed up booking our luggage and have ended up booking all 3 of us with 2 pieces of carry on luggage .
I thought I should put my lap top in carry on but now see that it's apparently too large

As a rule, you should put all phones, laptops, tablets and e-readers in your checked baggage if they’re larger that the following measurements:16cm in length, 9.3cm in width, 1.5cm in depth

But Ryanair doesn't say this ,or I can't find it .It just says ,under "Cabin and Unchecked baggage"

A maximum of 15 Personal Electronic Devices per passenger and 20 lithium metal batteries per passenger are permitted on each flight.

I'll see if I can change baggage requirements but have not yet figured out how to do so on line .

Also ....I don't understand this
If you’re only travelling with hand luggage, remember that you can only take containers holding no more than 100ml which must fit in a single, transparent resealable plastic bag, which holds no more than a litre and measures approximately 20cm x 20cm.

can I carry several 100ml containers of liquid provided they fit into the clear bag ? Or is there a maxiumum amt ?

Any help and any general advice will be greatly welcomed .I'm terrified that I've missed something blindingly obvious because I'm worried about details .

1 litre max so 10x 100ml bottles if they fit in the bag

You can have 1litre per person too but they have to be split into a bag per person and that person has to take it through security
