Scuba diving + kids club (2+3,5yo) where?

Hi,
End October / beginning November, DS and I would like to scuba dive (we're advanced PADI) during the day while our kids DS2 and DS3,5 go to a really good kids club. We would prefer an all inclusive 4/5 stars resort. They sleep with us so we're not bothered about suites but I hate crowds so I'd rather go to a small resort.
I was looking at Club Med Maldives but the rooms are a bit Holiday Inn like... I can't seem to find kids clubs in the Seychelles although I'm probably not looking properly.
Budget is flexible, something under 5k just for hotel / drinks would be ideal but stretchable.
Do you have any idea or experience? It feels like I'm searching for the holly grail but surely I'm not the only one...
Thanks a lot

But you may need to check if the kids clubs are running outside the main holiday season.

Thank you, I googled this page too but none of them have kids club for under 4.

I don't mind paying extra, I just want them to have an ok time while we're diving...

I found that link because I was looking for child-friendly hotels in Malta - it's a very easy destination with DC.

More importantly perhaps, the diving is great, and dive centres are well regulated. But I don't have a hotel to recommend as we stayed in an apartment (posting again just to bump this, really)

Aw thanks a lot
Malta is on my list definitely but as I have a direct flight from where we live, I'll keep it for short breaks.
