You'll find lots of tourists wearing bikinis on the beaches in and around Panjim (Anjuna, Baga, Calangute, Miramar etc). Of course, would not recommend wearing swimwear in Panjim town or outside of the beaches.

Swimwear, coverups, sarongs etc fine on the beaches. Any casual wear fine in other places - shorts, dresses, skirts, anything you fancy. I have seen way too many tourists wearing swimwear while out and about in Panjim (which happens to a fairly big regular town), and that's the only thing to avoid.

Goa is lovely, you'll have fun!
