Hi,
I am sure I am just being thick but couldn't find the info on website.
What's the deal with pushchairs, can you wheel them up to the cabin door and then they get put on? Do you have to pay extra? And does it matter what type? Ours is large and heavy (not an umbrella fold) and cubersome- am I mad to be taking it on holiday anyway.....?
Advice apreciated

yes you are mad!!! Unfortunatly the baggage handlers won't treat you buggy with the same respect that you do and it may get flung around!

Go buy an umbrella fold cheapy that you will use from toddler age anyway!

No idea on when you hand it over though i'm afraid!

yy
go to a bootsale and get a cheapy

you can keep them upto the gate, but agree with nearlythere, tehy get thrown all over the place so if you can get a cheap buggy then i would. Argos do them for baout £15 i think.

mme did occur to me that might be the case- although dh would be very happy if it bust as he hates its hulking bulk!

We just bought a cheap one from ASDA which was about £15. So we didn't care if it got damaged as we would have been if it had been our everyday one.

We took it up to the plane (at luton)and then they put them in the hold.

We have bene allowed to take right to the bottom of the plane steps and then they put them on. They have never put them in with the suit cases, but a little hold at the front of the plane.
Just be aware some companies (not easyjet when I have flown) put buggy at bottom of steps again when you land, others put on suitcase belt
