The elusive two bedroom apartment in hotel...

Looking for a hotel in Majorca (ideally south coast nearish Cala D’Or but not massively fussy) that has two bedroom apartments or a large one bedroom apartment. We’ve done one bed apartment before and it was a bit cramped so would prefer a two bedroom.

Kids will be 7 and 3 so not an option to do the two twin rooms that lots of companies seem to be offering (unless someone knows of a hotel that has interconnecting rooms?).

Would be good if it was a Thomas Cook type hotel or one with kids club. Not really after a self catering apartment type thing as want the all inclusive.

Any ideas gratefully received!

Insotel Cala Mandia and TUI Family Life Gran Coma

Protur safari park was good - immaculate modern 1 bed apartment within the hotel. Tui kids club. Save Coma is built up and not a pretty fishing village but the hotel was fab. We hardly left (AI). Brilliant water park next door with reduced entry for hotel guests, 5 restaurants, good entertainment. We decided that it was a bit busy for us to return but as all inclusive goes, excellent value with great food, good selection of drinks included, good service.

Thanks to both of you Smile
Really like the look of the Mandia and the Safari but put off by Trip Advisor reviews of sun bed wars. Will def keep them as options though, thanks!

There are always free sun beds by the jungle pool at safari park. They are set a bit further back but really nice and quiet. This was peak season

Good to know!

Which one is the jungle pool?

It's by the TUI kids club

We have just come back from insotel Cala Mandia and would really recommend. I was also worried about the sunbed situation after looking on trip advisor but we had no problem finding one. Visited all the pools and only ever struggled to find space in area a bit even then some sunbeds became free after about ten minutes of splashing in the pool.

Thanks whoosit

The Mandia was my first choice but DH and I decided it was just a bit out of budget so have gone with the Safari instead.

I realised that it would be cheaper to go to the Dominican Republic than Majorca so I’ve got my eye on that for the year after! Grin

Thanks all for the suggestions.
