Hey, guys!

We are finally heading to land down there to visit my cousins.

I am looking for some fancy shmancy hotel on the beach near Sydney. We need to organise one celebrational evening so i need hotel that provide that service as well.

Does anyone has any experience by any chance?

I live in Sydney but not necessarily an expert!

Nice hotels on the beach are actually less common than you would imagine... I know Grin

There's Watsons Bay Hotel which isn't amazingly fancy but is a nice location overlooking the harbour (not on an ocean side beach though).

There are nice hotels in the City (Langham, Shangrila, Four Seasons, Pullman, Intercontinental, Hilton etc) but hey are not on the beach by a long way. Some would have good harbour views though.

The Intercontinental Double Bay is near to the harbour but again no beach...

You could try the Q Station in Manly, but again is harbourside.

I would avoid Terrey Hills unless you know people nearby - it's a fair way out.

I just looked at the article - should have done that first! Didn't mean to recite all the hotel names that you're already aware of Blush

Terrey Hills is bloody far from the beach!
In Manly there are two waterfront hotels: the Novotel and the Sebel
