Flights to Poland- what am I doing wrong?

Trying to book flights for the 4 of us to Krakow in April half term but there are not many direct flights and so expensive! Am I too late or too early....

Just booked cheap ones and realized it was a month too early

Some of the budget air lines not releasing flights post March whilst they try to work out what the post Brexit position will be, we got caught trying to book something for Easter 2019.
