Activity/Adventure holidays for families with older teens

anyone got any suggestions for Europe? The fam want to do activities with some pool/beach time - like diving, mountain biking, kayaking etc. Anyone got any recommendations? thanks

Anywhere mountainous - french or Italian Alps, Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada etc. Most skiing resorts nowadays seem to offer things like kayaking, mountain biking and paragliding in the summer. Samoens/Chamonix in the French Alps is lovely.

We love Chamonix.
We normally drive there from NW England and take our own mountian bikes and hiking kit.
Fantastic for kids and you can get hotels with swimming pools and nice bars.
In summer we Ice climb,mountain bike, hike, white water raft, paraglide, and sometimes snowboard!!
