Hi everyone, I'm flying tomorrow and the panic/anxiety has already kick in. I'm flying with my 2 DDS, 7 and 5. Have flown many times before but it seems to get worse every year, I can't stop thinking the plane it's going to crash!!! Please talk me down....

As you probably do know, the chances of that happening are so so so teeny tiny.
Yes there is an element of risk but everything you do has an element of risk. You could be crossing the road to the postbox and you could be hit by a speeding car, you could slip in icy weather and break your back. There is a greater chance of these things happening than a plane crashing.
Frankly I have found that if the window blind is down and I'm reading a book with a packet of Maltesers or whatnot it feels like you could be on a train with just on occasional shudder with the motion of the plane.
Chemists do sell things like Kalmz if that helps.
I am sure you will be just fine!

Log on to Flightradar24, zoom right out and see how many planes are in the sky! All safe and sound.
