Hi all we are off to Crete soon flying into Heraklion , any recommendations, hiddens gems, local restaurants etc , we have hired a car so are very happy to travel around

me too. we are going at the end of the school holidays, not far from Heraklion

Hi, we are fairly close to Heraklion around the area of agios Myron?, we are happy to travel though as we will be renting a car. Also has anyone taken the ferry over to santorini? The seajets take approximately 2 hours.
