WaterPark Foreign Holiday Hotel Recommendations

I am planning a holiday for next year for me and a (by then) 3 year old. Does anyone have any recommendations for a short break to a location which has a short flight and is very child friendly?

I was thinking along the lines of this place, Hotel as my DD absolutely loves the pool and beach where I literally have to drag her away from. However, this hotel only has bookings available for the months which we cannot do, so does anyone have any recommendations for my child's 'perfect' holiday/Hotel?

Have stayed at the First Choice Splash World in lanzarote which has similar facilities. The water park was great but the hotel was a bit chavvy - mainly the other guests, food and accommodation was fine. The First Choice Holiday Villages are meant to be good.
