Last time I was on a plane was in 2016 nervous to say the least but was ok
Last year was the start of the investigation into why I have a slight high blood pressure
One change was the conceptive pill from the combined to the mini I've had the blood pressure monitor which I hated
They say it could be white coat syndrome and just nervous when visiting the docs
Last time I was at the docs it was high but was coming down after a re test after 5 mins

I've not been put on tabs just to be checked regular

I'm now nervous about flying on Sat will I be ok and will I notice any changes etc

If doctors don't think its high enough for tablets then you should be fine. Try not to worry about it too much as it doesn't seem that they are if they are just monitoring it. Relax & Enjoy your holiday.

Yes, flying with high blood pressure is ok. When you’re on board, think carefully about what you eat and drink. Avoid salty snacks such as peanuts and crisps, as these may increase your blood pressure. It’s a good idea to take low-salt options onto the flight with you. You should also avoid alcohol and caffeine. Drink plenty of water.
Getting up to walk about on a long flight is advisable for everyone but especially those with high bp.
Give yourself plenty of time to get through the airport.

I should state the flight is not a long one just under 2 hrs

It's a early flight too

I'm trying to think positive but it's those wee niggles at the back of your mind that take over. Be phoning doc in morning just to be sure then I can focus on the holiday and try and chill before Sat and before we take off
