Vueling - Tell me something nice!!!

I happily booked a trip to Florence and the flights were with Vueling. I have seen their name before as BA partners so thought they must be fine.

I stupidly (why did I do this afterwards?) checked them out on Tripadvisor and it's all dreadful.

Delays, cancellations, chaos, ruined holidays. On and On.

We won't have hold luggage so hopefully they can't lose it, but if anyone has had a positive experience it would make me feel much better.

Had a lovely flight with Vueling, can't say where from and to as too outing but they were fine. Took off on time, landed on time, and were generally a lot nicer than Ryanair. The plane was small and luggage had to be left at the steps to go into the hold, for no charge though. Have a good flight.
