Tuscany - 3 apartments/villas on one site

We're looking to go to Tuscany in May half term next year as a large family group. Much as we love holidaying together, we also need our own space from each other so a big 8 bed place won't work. We'd need 2 X 3 bed villas and 1 X 2 bed with a pool. Not too far from a beach, day trip able to Siena ideally.

I'm finding searching tricky as if I search for 14 people I'm ending up with huge houses (various family members may kill each other if all under one roof!). If I search for 2 or 3 bed places I'm getting bogged down by stand alone places.

I know what we need exists, it's just finding it, does anyone have any recommendations?

Montestigliano.it or look for agriturismo, which are generally individual self catering units on the one site

Try Artimino.

Try artimino. There are clusters of properties dotted around the village and among the vines.

Have a look at this small set of apartments in Lucca: www.holidaypratoverde.com/en/apartments/

We stayed in one of the apartments a few years ago and it was amazing. Beautiful views, pool, gorgeous on site restaurant. Lucca itself is a wonderful base for exploring Tuscany, has a largish train station for travelling around (though we rented a car), and beaches such as that at Viareggio aren't far away. Enjoy!
