Days out/short breaks with DD(15) and DS(14)

The holidays are looming and I determined these kids are not going to spend the whole holiday lounging around on phones/fortnite!!!!! We are away for the last 10 days of hols but I have 4 weeks in front of me!
They don't get on that well left to their own devices unfortunately, but are both quite active/sporty.
Money isn't that much of an issue - we can afford a good few day trips or maybe a couple of short breaks.
So far I'm planning a Go Ape and also taking them to Friends Fest overnight as that's the only TV prog we all really enjoy together.
Will also do a couple of days out with each one individually - shopping, tennis etc according to their own interests.
We are based in Warwickshire.
Any ideas? Many thanks in advance....
