Best Kid Friendly & FUN Holidays

Hi! I know I'm late to the holiday fun but I am stuck on where to go? Want something reasonably priced with fun things to do. Looking at Europe....La Rochelle? Corsica? il de re? I have 6yr old twin boys and would like to do more than just sit on the beach. Any recommendations would be great! TIA :)

We’ve always had active holidays but don’t do resorts or travel agents. Our usual summer holiday is self-catering with a pool and then do days out from there. Tends to be in France, Germany and Sweden as found bugger all to do on Spain’s and it’s too hot.

Also done centre Parcs holidays in Northern Europe.
