Where is the best

Hi hope someone can give me some good answers.
Where is the best place to have a mini break away maybe caravans type thing? In the uk.

We have two under 3 but we don't drive so obviously makes it difficult for us. Don't mind paying for travel etc, What would you recommend or what have you done holiday wise.

Would love to just get away with the family for a while.

When my DC were small we had great holidays at Wells-Next-the-Sea in Norfolk. There is a caravan park that links to the town via a little railway. You can walk to the beach from the caravan park and there is a play area and bike hire.

We always drove so I can't help with information about getting there by public transport, but I'm sure it is doable by train and taxi if you don't mind the cost.
