I'm going to Geneva and Verbier for a few days with DD11. Any recommendations of fun things to do and child-friendly restaurants?

The Maison Cailler chocolate factory is worth a visit. It's in Broc, a little village in Gruyere outside Geneva. The tour is excellent and ends with tastings of their products. There are also workshops available in English. If you don't have a car, it's possible to go by train but several companies offer coach trips to the factory from Geneva.
I'd recommend a boat cruise with CGN boat company.
Geneva Plage is a lakeside beach with a swimming area, water slides, diving boards, picnic area and an amazing view.
The Patek Phillippe Museum is pretty fascinating and captivated my DC for a little while.
There's a tree top adventure course in Verbier. www.verbinet.com/courses/treetop-adventure-course-verbier-centre-716326
