I am crapping myself!!
Booked through Travelcare to stay at Berny Riviere.
Just looked up & read that if we arrive after 8pm we are to let them know. So I picked up the phone, called them & they asked for my reference number.
I told her it & she said that holiday had been cancelled
We paid the deposit in January & the remaining £780 on 11/04/07 so we cannot understand what's going on.
Have just rang the travel agency but the girl I was dealing with is on a phone call at the minute & I have to call her back.
I feel sick
What happens if this has been cancelled & they have someone else in this place???? Do we lose our money & our holiday????
We've never been away before.
