Does anyone know if the TUI shop would honour the internet price?

Probably. Why wouldn't you book online though? Secure the price you're happy with in case it changes by the time you get to the shop

Because I need two rooms, one for my mum and every time I add her the free bike place drops off! I would like it all on one booking if I can.

Child place not bike 🚲

You won't get the free child place if your mum's in another room.

feral · 26/06/2018 18:00

Sorry I don't mean me and child in one room and mum in the other. It's me, partner and child in one and mum I'm another so we should get it?

If not I'll get mum to book separate.

ElizabethG81 · 26/06/2018 18:02

Ah, you should get it then, as long as there are 2 adults in 1 room.

Avoid TUI at all costs. We booked through one of their shops explaining at length we needed a suitable room (DP is disabled). When we arrived we were given a room with a totally unsuitable bathroom. DP couldn’t wash for days until we were moved. The hotel were great but TUI were terrible and absolutely unscrupulous. Like I said avoid this company.

feral · 27/06/2018 05:22

@LARLARLAND
Who do you use now? That's terrible 😟

LARLARLAND · 27/06/2018 07:15

This year we have booked through a travel agent who specialises in holidays for people with disabilities!

LoniceraJaponica · 27/06/2018 07:18

I'm sorry that TUI were rubbish for you LARLARLAND. We had a brilliant holiday with them last year. They aren't rubbish for everyone.

Roystonv · 27/06/2018 07:21

My ds and his pregnant partner had very poor service from Tui when she fell at the hotel and broke her arm. They complained and have been told to wait six months for a response. Avoid.

feral · 27/06/2018 07:36

@LARLARLAND
I would be interested to know who this was as I'm currently trying to find something like this for a work client I found funding for a hol for.

Could you pm who you booked with if you don't want to say here?

I have pmd you feral.

I booked a holiday with tui via website last year, but before I booked I went into their highstreet branch to see if it was cheaper/any extras available if booked in person and the exact same holiday was actually more expensive by about £50 I think.
