I've inherited a little bit of money and wondered if this is a good idea?

Invest £5k, can share with family and friends. Then it's £300 a week in a range of 300+ properties. You just sort out flights etc (or they can) and off you go.

Anyone ever bought one of these?

Are they worth it? Was thinking long term we might find it cheaper than booking holidays year on year?

No its not a good idea. Its not cheaper in the long term than finding your own place via something like Airbnb. you would also need to look into things like transferring to other people when you are not in the party. There have been lots of threads on this over the years in this forum. I would have a look through first. Complaints are that the most popular aren't available for school hols.

also where are you finding this figure of £300 a week from? is that the out of season price?
