'Holiday' in Spain (at Mil's). What buggy for 2 babes if one at all?

Ds1 will be 2 when we go and Ds2 will be 1.
I have an umbrella fold buggy which we were intending to take for ds2 but it dawned on me on Saturday when we were all out for the day I will need for Ds1 to be able to kip and rest when we are out eating etc in the evenings.
I was thinking of a buggy board but he wont be able to sleep if we have a late one.
My tandem is too heavy to take and my side by side is a Bertini.
I guess it will be 2 buggies then?
Is there a limit to how many you can take and how much they weigh?
Could buy a cheap umbrella fold so I have 2 if 2 is allowed.
Will be flying budget airline if that makes any difference.
TIA.

(Need to know now so I can save for the bloody thing if that's what's needed!)

I would just take whatever buggy you usually use, the airline will take it and it won't be classed as an extra peice or eat up your allowance.
