Solo summer holiday tips?

Going on holiday to Turkey for the first time alone and was wondering if anyone else has done similar?

I'm worried about what to do with cash, phone etc when at the beach and I want to go swimming. What do you do? (No purse or bag here!).

How do you keep yourself entertained apart from books and magazines?

You can buy waterproof phone and other stuff holders online. I've just ordered mine. Or you can wrap valuables in a fake used nappy as someone said on another thread, (but I imagine they also brought along a baby!)

I'd make friends with a couple/family near by and ask them to watch my stuff, but I'm quite trusting!

There are such thing you can buy online. You can buy them at lower price. I hope you will have a good time though.

I found one in Savers for 99p!!!

After trying 10 other shops.

Bargain! I paid £6.99 for 2 on Amazon.. check it's waterproof though!

I think it's water resistant rather than full on submerged in waterproof 😅
