Anyone done clamping?

Have an inset day coming up and fancy a couple of days away, we have a 6 yo so he would love camping but dh and I have never done it. We are in the south east and don't want to go too far. Any recommendations for camping or glamping for softies? Ideally near kids stuff/ kids club or beach for our ds! Thanks

We’ve glamped lots with the DC from the age of two and three. The best one we’ve been to is a site in Sussex blackberrywood.com/

We stayed in the curvy cabin in February and it was very cosy but we fancy the bus next time 😀
