Single dad looking for Spanish holiday ideas

Hi all.
I'm a single dad with a 13yr old daughter and a 7yr old son.
I'm looking to go somewhere for our first overseas holiday together in august.
I'd like somewhere next to a beach with a couple of pools, kids clubs and plenty to keep them occupied.
Probably Spain, we'd fly from Cornwall, Exeter or Bristol.
Any recommendations?
Thank you.

Benalmadena is nice. On the coast between Torremolinos and Fuengirola with Marbella a little way up the coast. There's a water park and harbour nearby. Malaga about 40 minutes away if you want a day there too. We like a hotel called The Sunset Beach.

I'd recommend Thomas cook as they do lovely all inclusive holiday deals in Spain. They also do discounts for single parents which comes in handy.
I went to Lanzarote last year which was lovely. The hotel had 20 pools and a really good animation group which kept the kids occupied.

I'd probably advise a Eurocamp holiday. They have a wide range of 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation so your DD can have her own room if she wishes (or you can!). Castell Montrgri is excellent. There's masses to do. www.eurocamp.co.uk/campsites/costabrava/cb012-castell-montgri/ataglance.html

Our best Spanish holiday was in Salou. It was so much fun. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did, DD absolutely loved it and still talks about it 3 years on. There are lots of great places to go in Spain. Enjoy your holiday.
