provence hotel? help!

hi there- would love a recommendation for a country hotel in provence-must have a pool and be relaxing and quiet... if you know of any gems it would be great!

My parents are currently staying at one called La Bastide Cabezac, has a lovely pool apparently. It is in Bize Minervois.
