With or without DC? If without, I’d go to Ginbar for drinks, then Fosh for a special dinner. It’s an amazing restaurant.

This will only take half an hour or so but for some peace and quiet go to the Arab Baths

try Bar España for excellent and cheap tapas and pinchos . Doesn’t look like much from the outside but very popular . Also gaudiex- which has amazing and original tapas www.gaudeixpalma.com/

Have a look for the Abaco cocktail bar. Very quirky.

Eat tapas, walk along the city walls, eat ice cream, mooch around the shops.

Bellver castle. It's wonderful.

And don't underestimate how amazing the cathedral is - I could spend hours there. Possibly Number One in my league of great cathedrals.

Catch the little train over to Soller for the day, it was absolutely gorgeous. Though tickets sell fast, so worth heading over early!

Thanks all and to clarify without kids!

Came on to say the Abaco bar, but someone beat me to it!
