Any Mallorca experts out there?

We are just coming to the end of a blissful week in Pollensa. We have to be out of our villa by 10am tomorrow but our flight isn’t until about 9pm. As we will have to drive back to Palma anyway for the airport I’m wondering whether we should spend the day somewhere near there or somewhere else.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend somewhere we can spend the day, not too busy if possible but also some restaurants and possibly even somewhere to have a quick shower and change before the airport. Are there any nice little resorts with beach clubs that would have showers?

right near to the airport is can pastille. there is an aquarium there and also a huge choice of places to eat out as well as a little train that runs along the front. its easy to get buses from here to the airport as well.

Drive through the Tramuntanas. Stop at Deia and valdemossa. There’s sea swimming opportunities in deia. Grab a shower at the airport.

Soller is meant to be beautiful. You can get the train from Palma or drive and it’s on the east coast so you could do that coastline and go via cap formentor?

Thanks. I quite fancied Sóller but was wondering more about specific hotels or beach clubs we could possible go to rather than searching blindly and emailing loads of places to see if non-residents can visit for a day.

Are there showers at Palma Airport? I’ve tried searching for that but can’t find any info suggesting there are.
