Off to NY in a month with DH and the DC, 18 & 20. Anyone have any recommendations for good but reasonable places to eat for breakfast and evening meals ( will probably just have sandwiches/fast food for lunch).
DH and I have been before but would welcome any advice/hints/tips on must sees! TIA

There must be loads of threads on this! I don’t know where you are staying but we found great restaurants in the SoHo area. My tip for restaurants would be to look at Lonely Planet. They are rarely wrong. Or Time Out and check what’s good in your area. Any neighbourhood diner or cafe will do breakfast.

List of things to do: The High Line is great. Get lunch in Chelsea Market. Top of the Rock - look at the Chrysler Building. Go to Brooklyn and walk back across the bridge. MoMa, Guggenheim and the Met. Central Park. Twin Towers memorial. Staten Island ferry to see statue of Liberty. Ellis Island. Empire State Building. See a show - expensive. Check out any festivals and special events through Time Out.
