Ryanair Glasgow to Frankfurt International

I know Ryanair are pulling out of Glasgow but online it says the services are running until the end of October until I try to book flights where it says they’re are none available to Frankfurt not even tomorrow. Have they already cancelled the route? I had a very frustrating live online chat with what I presume was a Ryanair chat bot and got nowhere.

It looks like they have pulled it already as you can't select any dates. I am so relieved we decided not to book a flight to Crete with them as they just cancel flights at the drop of a hat. They are pulling their Crete base too.

You can get a flight from Edinburgh to Frankfurt, seems they are pulling out of Glasgow entirely and moving to Edinburgh.

Glasgow airport tweeted me back to say that route isn’t operational anymore. Aren’t Ryanair a pain in the arse - whenever you google it on wiki or news sites it says it runs to the end of the October. And the flight was completely full when I flew on it recently.
I agree you were right @fintress not to rely on them for your summer holiday. They’ve stranded a friend in Italy this weekend - thankfully she can get Monday off work and her kids will miss a days school

Lufthansa seem to have taken over the route but obviously not at the same price!!

They truly are shocking. I've never flown with them before and I was too nervous to book the Crete flights with them after reading they were pulling out of there, again October supposedly. I honestly do not know why they are still in business, especially after last year's debacle.

I fly with them fairly often and have never had this kind of problem before. You definitely get what you pay for but Im not expecting any frills. But it’s they’re lack of clarity that pissed me off. They wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Surely it’s simple to say “yes the route has stopped 4 months ahead of schedule”.
