Any ideas for a week in the sun at October half term?

We have left it a bit late to book but we'd quite like a week away somewhere warm in October half term. Does anyone have any suggestions of somewhere that is worth going for a week. We don't want to go to USA. Thanks.

Apart from the obviousCanaries, Southern Spain looks good. The Costa Del Sol/ Costa Almeria average low 20's apparently. Hoping so. We've just booked a week in Roquetas de Mar. Not too pricey either.

Cyprus, Jordan, Southern Italy, Crete, Morocco. Anywhere in the Southern Mediterranean will still be warm.

I like the sound of Crete so I'll do some research with that idea. Thanks!
