Tallinn, Estonia... can anyone recommend some restaurants?

We leave tomorrow for a week there and plan to eat out a lot! I have a couple of places on my list, but would love some more recommendations if anyone has been or lives there. Thanks!

Ooh there is a Russian place in the old town called Troika that was good. Make sure to order plenty of vodka!

It was a bit of a show (and a few years ago), but I had a lovely meal in Olde Hansa in the central square. The Dried Bear was very nice!

Wow! That place looks amazing but 55euros for the bear might be a little over our budget!
