Going for a week to Benidorm. 2 Adults, 2 kids (13yrs & 9 yrs). Full board, so breakfast, lunch & dinner included, think drinks are to be paid for. (neither myself or DH are huge alcohol drinkers so won't be consuming a lot of alcohol). We've got around €330, for the 6 full days we'll be there, haven't been before, would you say this will be enough?

That's €55 per day for the lot of you. Won't get you much by way of ice-creams, coffees, water, trips out, sun-loungers/umbrellas on the beach etc.

Take a credit/debit card too in case you need a little more?

Depends what you want to do I guess. When we go to Spain in the summer we tend to just chill out and do very little other than pool/beach etc. so for us that would be plenty especially as you won't be eating out.

I live here! That is absolutely plenty! You'll have trouble spending it!

My weekly shop which lasts two weeks for me and DD (10) is 85 euros!!

Just don't go to too 'touristy places'

With full board you'll probably get coffee/juice included for breakfast but will have to pay for drinks for lunch and dinner. Where we stayed last year it was around €2 for a beer (fizzy drinks were only 5 cents cheaper!)

Spanish supermarkets are cheap for water/fruit juices/fizzy and wine so you could stock up if you have a fridge but you almost certainly won't be able to drink them at lunch/dinner.

It might be worthwhile asking when you check in what it costs to upgrade to all inclusive, it may be less than what the tour operator is currently offering (we tried this last year but it was cheaper to go AI when we booked but reviews suggested deals had been obtained by some)

You may need to pay to use and/or a deposit for aircon/wifi/safe/hire remote control for TV which would seriously cut into your budget.

We were full board in Spain last year. I think we spent around another £250 which included drinks at the hotel, some snacks/drinks from the supermarket and a cheap boat ride, but it was us and a 2 year old who hadn't discover ice cream.

BTW It will get you masses in terms of icecreams coffee and water.

1 euro for an icecream, 1 euro 20 for coffee. 1 euro 20 for a beer. People shouldn't advise unless they know, to say it's not much when all meals are catered for is absolutely stupid, sorry!

Take your own water out for heavens sake. If not, 1 euro.

Actually I forgot, with my sums that included a lunch out which was around €50. I think we were roughly spending €20 a day for drinks at the hotel with our meals and 1 cocktail each in the evening (241)

With all meals included that sounds fine.
