What can I buy for mosquito bites in Sardinia?!

I am in Sardinia and my face is covered in big mosquito bites. If i was at home I would just put sudocrem on them. What do I ask for here? My Italian is terrible!

Go to a,pharmacy counter and point at ypur face and say "crema"..they sell you something. Also tske antihistamine. If you don't have on you then ask for "cetirizine "write it down and point.
