Where to holiday with friends

Im 40 , my friends are 50 and 60 but our older friend has a back problem and can’t walk long distances and can’t walk up steep hills.
We want to go on holiday next May. We’ve done costa del sol and Corfu but want to try somewhere else, but where?
I want somewhere warm, close to bars/restaurants and night life but also somewhere where there’s culture and lots of locals and not just lots of brits and we might as well be on a night out at home.
Where should I be looking ?

San Teodoro on Sardinia would be just right for you.

Seville is a compact city and pretty flat. There's also a tram system to travel around.

Lots to see and do, very Spanish, weather in May should be perfect.

What about Tenerife resorts? Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje, and Los Cristianos. Los Cristianos is rather quiet and calm, while the other two are lively and noizy (for nightlife, it's better to go there).

Valencia would be perfect

As lovely as Valencia is, taxis there seem rarer than hens teeth, so if your friend who can’t walk far is stuck, I’d not recommend it.
