Cyprus villa recommendations

Thinking of going to Cyprus in May half-term 2019.

I’ve not done a villa holiday before but really fancy it though a bit worried that dd, who will be 13, will be bored without other young teens around. Looking ideally for a villa inside a larger complex but NOT an apartment where I would get noise from neighbours. Any recommendations? Have seen Aphrodite Hills online but is it near a beach?

Aphrodite Hills has a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach. Or you can drive yourself there.

It’s their own beach, for hotel guests only, I think.
