Malta with young kids (especially swimming pool recommendations)

(name change)

We are going to Malta for half term with our kids aged 7, 5, 2 - staying in Sliema.

We're going to rely on buses and cabs probably.

What recommendations please? My kids are particularly keen on finding some nice swimming pools/water parks if anyone can recommend any (including day passes for hotels with pools).

DH and I like nice food and culture etc but only if the kids aren't moaning.

And an excellent playground or two would go down a treat - the playmobil one looks great.

Thank you so much

Ooooh, following with interest as we are going to Malta in Aug with DD 9 and DS 13months. We have looked at the Playmobil Park, the National Aquarium and I know there is a free water park in Bugibba. We have also heard that public transport is really good.
